Beijing New Building Materials Reports Lower Revenue and Profit in First Half of 2026, with Deducted Non-Recurring Net Profit Down Over 30%

Beijing New Building Materials released its 2026 interim report. In the first half of the year, operating revenue was 12.631 billion yuan, down 6.84 percent year on year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.375 billion yuan, down 28.72 percent. Deducted non-recurring net profit was 1.318 billion yuan, down 30.36 percent. Net cash flow from operating activities was 685 million yuan, down 28.80 percent year on year. Gross margin was 29.08 percent, down 1.18 percentage points. Net margin was 11.25 percent, down 2.98 percentage points from the same period last year. Lightweight building materials revenue was 7.805 billion yuan, and waterproof building materials revenue was 2.633 billion yuan. Together they accounted for 82.63 percent of total revenue. The higher share of waterproof building materials was mainly due to the completion in April 2026 of the acquisitions and consolidation of Yuanda Hongyu Tangshan, Yuanda Hongyu Suzhou, and Mengpai New Materials Pingyi. The company decided not to distribute cash dividends, bonus shares, or convert capital reserves into share capital for the first half of 2026.
