Yinxing Energy plans to invest 37.35 million yuan in distributed photovoltaic project

Yinxing Energy announced that the company plans to invest 37.35 million yuan to build a distributed photovoltaic power station with a capacity of no less than 12.9487 megawatts peak on the plant site of its related party, Aluminum Corporation of China Guangxi Branch, and to sign an Energy Management Contract for the distributed photovoltaic power generation project. Project capital will account for 40 percent, with the remainder funded by bank loans. The after-tax financial internal rate of return will be no less than 6.5 percent, the agreed electricity price will be 0.42037 yuan per kilowatt hour, and the energy-saving benefit sharing period will be 25 years. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and independent directors, and does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
