Jiangsu Wiscom System Co., Ltd. announced on August 31, 2026 that, because its partner Zheshang Venture Capital plans to optimize and adjust its fund entities, the Huzhou Zhichuang Integrated Venture Capital Partnership in which the company participated failed to complete private fund registration. All partners decided to dissolve and deregister the partnership, and the company's external investment in establishing the industry fund and the related-party transaction were terminated. The industry fund was approved by the board of directors and an extraordinary shareholders' meeting in February 2026, with a target subscribed capital of 1 billion yuan, of which the company planned to contribute 240 million yuan, mainly investing in new quality productive forces, intelligent manufacturing, electric power and energy, and other fields. Because Zheshang Venture Capital's fund under management is the company's second-largest shareholder, this investment constituted a related-party transaction. During the preparation period, the partners' total paid-in capital was 10 million yuan, of which the company paid in 1.8361 million yuan, which has been fully refunded by Zheshang Venture Capital. The company stated that the termination of this investment will not have a material impact on production and operations, and there is no situation that harms the interests of the company and shareholders.
