Jiaotou Ecology announced on September 14 that the company, as the lead member of a consortium with Jiankan Survey Co., Ltd. and Chongqing Yuhao Architectural Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., has been identified as the first candidate for the design-build contract of the Guanlei Port Logistics Park Project Phase One. The pre-winning bid amount is 28.1907 million yuan.

Jiaotou Ecology released its 2026 interim report, achieving net profit attributable to the parent of 53.1971 million yuan, an increase of 114 million yuan compared with the same period last year, successfully turning losses into profits. The company's total operating revenue was 288 million yuan, up 209.16 percent year-on-year, with a gross margin of 19.56 percent, rising for four consecutive quarters and up 21.18 percentage points from a year earlier. The asset-liability ratio fell to 47.38 percent, down 48.95 percentage points year-on-year, and diluted earnings per share stood at 0.12 yuan.

Jiaotou Ecology disclosed its earnings forecast, expecting a net profit attributable to the parent company of 50 million to 60 million yuan in the first half of 2026, compared with a loss of 60.711 million yuan in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround. Deducted non-recurring net profit is expected to be 25 million to 35 million yuan, compared with a loss of 35.4924 million yuan a year earlier. The company said the profit improvement came on one hand from revenue and net profit growth driven by accelerated progress of existing orders, and on the other hand from the reversal of previously accrued estimated liabilities due to the second-instance judgment in the equity transfer dispute lawsuit with Sichuan Yiyuan Garden Group, recognizing non-recurring gains of approximately 25 million yuan.
