Zhaoxin Co. disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report on the evening of August 27. In the first half of the year, it achieved operating revenue of 209 million yuan, up 0.55% year on year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 3.6849 million yuan, up 19.93% year on year. After excluding the impact of equity incentive expenses, net profit was 28.6829 million yuan, up 53.76% year on year. Among these, the fine chemicals business achieved revenue of 139 million yuan, up 33.09% year on year, and its share of total revenue rose from 50.13% in the same period last year to 66.35%, becoming the core engine of performance growth. Overseas revenue was 86.9332 million yuan, up 36.43% year on year, and its share of total revenue rose to 41.52%. In the new energy segment, the company's 12 self-owned photovoltaic power stations with a combined capacity of 153.518 megawatts operated stably. Photovoltaic power generation revenue was 48.1434 million yuan, and smart operation and maintenance business revenue was 17.4668 million yuan, accounting for 8.34% of total revenue. The company previously issued a private placement plan to raise no more than 235 million yuan, of which 175 million yuan will be invested in distributed solar-storage-computing integrated node construction projects. It plans to build nine standardized nodes in areas such as Jinhua in Zhejiang and Fuyang in Anhui, integrating photovoltaic power generation, energy storage regulation, and edge computing services, which is expected to open a second growth curve.
