Canny Elevator released its 2026 interim report. First-half net profit attributable to the parent was 95.95 million yuan, down 46.7 percent year on year, while net operating cash flow was negative 95.41 million yuan, a year-on-year decline of 196.0 percent. Operating revenue was 1.84 billion yuan, down 0.9 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 81.75 million yuan, down 46.8 percent. Second-quarter operating revenue was 1.05 billion yuan, down 7.2 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent was 59.14 million yuan, down 46.6 percent. The company said that due to contraction on the supply side of the real estate market and intensifying competition in the elevator industry, the gross margin of its main business fell by 4.81 percentage points year on year. On the same day, Canny Elevator announced plans to list for transfer 48 properties with an appraised value of 26.48 million yuan, in order to revitalize assets and recover cash.
