Venustech's first-half net profit attributable to parent grows 132.98%

Venustech released its 2026 semi-annual performance report. In the first half, net profit attributable to the parent and net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items grew 132.98% and 136.77% year on year respectively. Second-quarter revenue rose 15.34% year on year, and operating cash flow turned positive in the first half, up 142.95% year on year. During the reporting period, Agentic SOC revenue grew 31.99% year on year, large-model application firewall revenue grew 238.15% year on year, and revenue from the new Data Oasis product grew 125.49% year on year. Total expenses for the three categories fell 28.38% year on year in the first half, forming a dual-driver pattern of revenue growth plus cost reduction. At the same time, Venustech deeply integrated its security capabilities into China Mobile's three main businesses of communications services, computing services, and intelligent services, opening a new journey for the China Mobile and Venustech strategic partnership.

Venustech Expects to Return to Profit in First Half of 2026

Venustech disclosed an earnings forecast, expecting to achieve operating revenue of 1.21 billion to 1.26 billion yuan in the first half of 2026, a year-on-year increase of 6.84% to 11.25%. Net profit attributable to the parent company is expected to be 26 million to 38 million yuan, compared with a loss of 93.35 million yuan in the same period last year, turning from loss to profit. Deducted non-recurring net profit is expected to be 55 million to 67 million yuan, compared with a loss of 164 million yuan in the same period last year. The company stated that during the reporting period, it focused on its core cybersecurity business, with revenue growth accelerating, profits being released, and net operating cash flow increasing by about 140% year-on-year.
