Xinye Shares announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dongying Baomo Environmental Engineering has been shortlisted as a supplier for the 2026-2027 Polyacrylamide II framework agreement for oil displacement by Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Company. A total of seven suppliers were shortlisted in this tender. Baomo Environmental's evaluated bid price excluding tax was 268 million yuan, ranking first in overall score and third in bid price. The tendered material is Polyacrylamide II granular for oil displacement, with an estimated total procurement volume of 68,700 tonnes. Actual execution quantities will be based on orders, and the tendering party does not guarantee a minimum supply share. The tender documents set out two differentiated share allocation rules, and the final scheme has not yet been determined. The actual supply share for each supplier will be based on subsequent orders issued by the tendering party.
