Hunan KMT Gas sets aside 9.57 million yuan in asset impairment provisions for first half of 2026

Hunan KMT Gas Co., Ltd. has set aside a total of 9.57 million yuan in asset impairment provisions for the first half of 2026. This includes credit impairment losses of 847,700 yuan, comprising a reversal of bad debt provisions for accounts receivable of 178,100 yuan and bad debt provisions for other receivables of 1.03 million yuan. Asset impairment losses amounted to 8.72 million yuan, all of which were inventory write-down provisions. These provisions will reduce the company's consolidated total profit for the first half of 2026 by 9.57 million yuan, mainly because the book cost of certain rare gas raw materials and finished goods exceeded their net realizable value at the end of the period. The above figures are unaudited and subject to final confirmation in the annual audit by the accounting firm.
