It operates through five segments: Brokerage and Wealth Management; Investment Banking; Investment and Trading; Asset Management; and Other. Its offerings include securities and futures brokerage, agency sales of financial products, asset custody, investment consulting, margin trading, stock and bond underwriting, sponsorship, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. The company also invests and trades in equity, fixed income, alternative investments, and derivatives, and develops asset management products, including private equity and fund management. Formerly known as Shenzhen Guotou Securities Co., Ltd., it was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
