It provides futures brokerage, asset management, futures trading consulting, risk management, overseas financial services, and securities investment fund businesses. Its clients include enterprises, licensed financial institutions, industrial and high-net-worth clients, and institutional, individual, and professional investors. Formerly known as Ruida Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Ruida Futures Co., Ltd. in November 2012 and operates as a subsidiary of Fujian Ruida Holding Co., Ltd.

Ruida Futures Reports First-Half Revenue and Net Profit Growth, Plans Cash Dividend and Share Capitalization

Ruida Futures released its 2026 semi-annual report today, showing first-half operating revenue of 798 million yuan, up 60.28 percent year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 410 million yuan, up 80.02 percent year on year. The company said that in the first half it focused on regulatory requirements, optimized market layout, prioritized institutional client development, enhanced research capabilities, and strengthened channel cooperation. Meanwhile, the company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 3.0 yuan per 10 shares, tax included, based on a total share capital of 476,933,433 shares, and to capitalize capital reserves by transferring 4.8 shares per 10 shares. Founded in 1993, Ruida Futures is the first futures company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Ruida Futures expects first-half net profit attributable to shareholders to rise 75.59% to 88.76%

Ruida Futures released its 2026 half-year performance forecast, with net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half expected to be between 400 million yuan and 430 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 75.59% to 88.76%. Over the same period, net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is expected to be between 390 million yuan and 421 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 71.29% to 84.90%, and basic earnings per share are expected to be between 0.84 yuan and 0.91 yuan, compared with 0.51 yuan in the same period last year. The company said the profit growth was mainly due to high trading sentiment in the futures market, with profits from its three core businesses of brokerage, asset management and risk management all growing significantly.
