Taekyung Chemical Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells liquid and solid carbon dioxide and dry ice in Korea. It also offers magnesium hydroxide, ethylene, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and argon. These products are used in industry, food and beverage, medicine, fresh food delivery, quick freezing, cooling, blast cleaning, food preservation, deflashing, cryogenic grinding, welding, desulfurization, and neutralization, as well as for fog effects at events. Formerly known as Daeduk Industry Co., Ltd., the company changed its name to Taekyung Chemical Co., Ltd. in 2000. Founded in 1970, it is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.
