Meta Media Holdings Limited is an investment holding company operating a media business in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. It operates in two segments: Art Platform, which includes magazine and periodical publishing, advertising agency services, artwork trading and auction, art exhibitions and related education, and restaurant operations; and Digital Platform, which operates a digital media platform, publishes digital media products, offers advertising agency services, and produces customized content for brand advertisers. The company also engages in research and development, management and consultancy services, retail sales of imported books, planning of literary arts activities and exhibitions, website development, film investment, galleries and cafe shops, online and physical stores for photography artworks, photography exhibitions, design and sale of advertising spaces, event management, and art exhibition holding activities. It was formerly known as Modern Media Holdings Limited and changed its name to Meta Media Holdings Limited in January 2022. Founded in 1993, it is headquartered in Aberdeen, Hong Kong.
