China Sinostar Group Company Limited is an investment holding company engaged in property development and sales in the People's Republic of China. Formerly Shihua Development Company Limited, it changed its name to China Sinostar Group Company Limited in October 2016. Incorporated in 1989, it is based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, and is a subsidiary of Achieve Prosper Capital Limited.
