STCube, Inc. is a biopharmaceutical company based in Seoul, South Korea, that develops therapies targeting novel immune evasion mechanisms in cancer. Its platforms include STGlyTarget for identifying and developing immunomodulatory proteins, an Immunomodulator Discovery Platform for screening such proteins, a Glyco-Specific Antibody Development Platform for screening antibodies that selectively mask specific sites of target proteins, and a Glyco-Specific Antibody Characterization and Optimization Platform for optimizing antibody characteristics. The company's pipeline consists of anti-cancer drugs targeting programmed death ligand 1, programmed death-1, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte associated protein 4, and lymphocyte-activation gene 3. Formerly known as Schem Co., Ltd., it changed its name to STCube, Inc. in April 2008 and was founded in 1989.
