ALX Oncology Holdings Inc. is a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company focused on developing therapies for cancer patients in the United States. Its lead product candidate is Evorpacept, a CD47-blocking therapeutic biologic being developed as a combination therapy with other anti-cancer agents. This includes a Phase 2 study (ASPEN-06) for gastric/GEJ cancer. The company has collaboration agreements for Evorpacept combination programs, including with Jazz Pharmaceuticals for zanidatamab in a Phase 1b/2 trial for breast cancer and other solid tumors; with an ADC, fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki, in a Phase 1 trial for breast cancer; ALX2004 in a Phase 1 trial for solid tumors; MD Anderson Cancer Center with rituximab and lenalidomide for indolent and aggressive NHL; and Sanofi with isatuximab and dexamethasone in a Phase 1/2 trial for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. It also has license agreements with the Board of Trustees of Leland Stanford Junior University. The company was incorporated in 2015 and is headquartered in South San Francisco, California.
