Public Financial Holdings Limited is an investment and property holding company that provides banking and financial services in Hong Kong and Mainland China. It operates through three segments: Retail and Commercial Banking Businesses; Wealth Management Services, Stockbroking and Securities Management; and Other Businesses. The company was formerly known as JCG Holdings Limited, was incorporated in 1991, and is headquartered in Central, Hong Kong. It is a subsidiary of Public Bank Berhad.
