Auto Italia Holdings Limited is an investment holding company that markets, distributes, and provides after-sales service for Italian branded cars in the People's Republic of China, Europe, Africa, and Hong Kong. It operates through three segments: Cars, Property Investment, and Financial Investments and Services. Its activities include trading cars and related accessories, after-sales services, research and development, and the sales and export of electric vehicles and related accessories, as well as securities investment, financing, corporate finance, and financial investments and services. Formerly known as Wo Kee Hong (Holdings) Limited, it changed its name to Auto Italia Holdings Limited in September 2012; it was incorporated in 1989 and is based in Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong.
