Wonik QnC Corporation manufactures and sells quartz and ceramic wares used in semiconductor wafer production, with operations in Korea, Taiwan, the United States, Germany, and China. It operates through four divisions: Quartz Ware, Ceramic, Optic, and Cleaning and Coating. The Quartz division offers tubes, boats, pedestals, chamber components, rings, and related parts, while the Ceramic division produces materials such as Al2O3, Y2O3, YAG, SiC, AlN, Si3N4, ZrO2, and BN, along with electrostatic chucks, heaters, wafer tables, and precision ceramic parts for the semiconductor, OLED, and automotive industries. The Optic division produces excimer lamps, excimer lamp irradiators, dental implant surface treatment devices, 222nm sterilization lamps, CS heaters, and applicators, and the Cleaning and Coating division provides precision cleaning and coating of semiconductor parts. The company was formerly known as Wonik Quartz International Inc and changed its name to Wonik QnC Corporation in 2012; it was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Gumi-si, South Korea.
