UBS Group AG reduces stake in Azelis below 3% threshold
UBS Group AG has reduced its stake in Azelis Group NV below the 3% threshold, according to a transparency notification received by the Belgian specialty chemicals distributor on 19 June 2026. The disposal of shares and equivalent financial instruments occurred on 17 June 2026, causing UBS Group AG's total indirect holdings, held through controlled undertakings, to cross downward the lowest threshold of 3%.
