Littelfuse guides Q3 net sales to $780M-$800M after record bookings and raises Basler 2026 outlook

Littelfuse expects third-quarter net sales in the range of $780 million to $800 million, supported by record bookings and a book-to-bill ratio well north of 1.0. The company also raised its 2026 revenue outlook for the Basler acquisition to approximately $135 million to $140 million, with an increased full-year earnings contribution of $0.25 to $0.30 per share. Second-quarter net sales reached $739 million, up 20% year-over-year and 14% organically, while adjusted diluted earnings per share came in at $4.19. Adjusted EBITDA margin improved to 23.6%, and the quarterly dividend was increased by 7% to $0.80 per share. Management highlighted broad-based momentum, double-digit design win growth across markets, and a faster-than-expected recovery in HVAC demand.
