Luotea's adjusted EBITA rises 36% in Q2 as revenue grows

Luotea reported a 36% increase in adjusted EBITA for the second quarter, reaching 2.5 million euros, while revenue grew 1.5% to 88.1 million euros. For the first half, revenue edged up 0.4% to 174.2 million euros and adjusted EBITA rose to 2.9 million euros from 2.3 million a year earlier. CEO Antti Niitynpää noted that revenue in Sweden improved by 9% and Finnish property maintenance services grew 5%, though Finnish cleaning and support services revenue fell 7%. The company maintained its full-year guidance, expecting 2026 adjusted EBITA to grow or grow significantly from the 7.0 million euros recorded in 2025.
