It operates through four segments: Residential Finland, Residential CEE, Building Construction, and Infrastructure. The company develops and builds apartments, residential areas, living services, business premises, and entire areas, and also constructs and renovates industrial buildings, data centers, logistics, retail, sports, hotel, business, and office projects, as well as public buildings such as hospitals, health and well-being centers, day care centers, schools, and multi-purpose buildings. In addition, it offers renovation services including refurbishment of entire buildings, pipe renovation, and energy renovations for housing companies, and develops hybrid projects.
