Getinge reports Q2 adjusted EPS up 60% to SEK 3.59

Getinge AB reported second-quarter adjusted earnings per share of SEK 3.59, a 60 percent increase from SEK 2.25 a year earlier. Net sales rose 2 percent to SEK 8.4 billion, with organic sales growth of 4.6 percent. Order intake climbed 4 percent to SEK 8.7 billion, representing organic order intake growth of 6.2 percent. Adjusted gross profit increased 11 percent to SEK 4.65 billion, lifting the adjusted gross margin to 55.4 percent from 50.8 percent. Adjusted EBITA jumped 49 percent to SEK 1.48 billion, and the adjusted EBITA margin expanded to 17.6 percent from 12.0 percent.
