Koninklijke KPN N.V. provides telecommunications and information technology services in the Netherlands. It operates through Consumer, Business, Wholesale and Network, and Operations & IT segments, offering fixed and mobile telephony, broadband internet, and TV to retail and business customers, as well as infrastructure and network-related IT solutions to businesses and wholesale network services to third parties. The company also provides ICT solutions such as security, internet of things, cloud, connectivity, and smart combinations, along with interconnect traffic, visitor roaming, digital products, and NL-ix interconnect exchange services, and sells handsets, peripheral equipment, and software licenses. Its brands include KPN, XS4ALL, Simyo, KPN Security, KPN Health, Solcon, Inspark, KPN Partner Network, KPN IoT, and youfone. Formerly known as Koninklijke PTT Nederland NV, it changed its name to Koninklijke KPN N.V. in June 1998, was founded in 1881, and is headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

KPN Announces Results and Pricing of Tender Offer

Koninklijke KPN N.V. has announced the results and pricing of its tender offer for its outstanding €500 million Perpetual Fixed Rate Resettable Capital Securities, accepting €407 million of the securities tendered at a purchase price of 102.608 percent. The offer, which expired on 8 September 2026, was part of a transaction financed with proceeds from a new €500 million hybrid bond, aimed at proactively managing KPN's hybrid capital and optimizing interest costs. After settlement, €93 million of the securities will remain outstanding, and KPN intends to redeem all remaining securities at their principal amount, as the accepted amount exceeds the 75 percent threshold for substantial repurchase. Settlement is expected on 10 September 2026, with Barclays and ING acting as dealer managers and Kroll Issuer Services Limited as tender agent.

KPN Q2 net profit slips to 207 million euros, reiterates 2026 adjusted EBITDA AL outlook

KPN reported a second-quarter net profit of 207 million euros, down from 210 million euros a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA AL edged 0.3% lower to 668 million euros. Excluding prior-year IP sales and IPR benefits, adjusted EBITDA AL rose 3.4%. Service revenues grew 0.8% to 1.35 billion euros, but adjusted revenues dipped 0.5% to 1.46 billion euros. The company reiterated its fiscal 2026 outlook for adjusted EBITDA AL of approximately 2.67 billion euros, though it moderated its Group service revenue growth expectation to around 1.5% from a previous range of 2% to 2.5%. KPN also confirmed its mid-term financial ambitions and plans a regular dividend of 0.20 euros per share over 2026, with an interim dividend of 0.08 euros per share payable on 3 August 2026.

ASM Board Intends To Nominate Chris Figee As CFO

ASM International's Supervisory Board intends to nominate Chris Figee for appointment as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board. Figee will join ASM on December 1, 2026, as Executive Vice President Special Projects. He is currently CFO and a board member at KPN, a role he has held since 2020, and will leave KPN on November 1, 2026. KPN's Supervisory Board will initiate a process to appoint a successor. ASM shares last closed at 968.00 euros, up 3.77%.
