The company will issue 18,288,220 new ordinary shares underlying 3,657,644 new ADSs at a price of $13.67 per ADS, with each ADS representing five ordinary shares. The issuance is expected to close on August 3, 2026, and the new ordinary shares will represent a dilution of approximately 5.82% upon completion.
