Axactor ASA is a debt management and collection company operating through subsidiaries in Sweden, Finland, Germany, Italy, Norway, and Spain. It has two segments: Non-performing Loans (NPL), which invests in portfolios of non-performing loans collected through amicable or legal proceedings, and Third-Party Collection (3PC), which provides debt collection services for third-party clients using amicable and legal proceedings. The 3PC segment also helps creditors prepare documentation for future legal proceedings against debtors and handles invoices between the invoice date and default date, including sending reminders. Axactor ASA was incorporated in 1982 and is based in Oslo, Norway.
