Formerly Jiangsu Provincial Leasing Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. in April 2003. Founded in 1985, it is based in Nanjing, China.

Jiangsu Financial Leasing released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.709 billion yuan, an increase of 145 million yuan compared with the same period last year, up 9.27% year on year, marking five consecutive years of growth. The company's total operating revenue was 3.515 billion yuan, an increase of 508 million yuan from the same period last year, up 16.91% year on year, also achieving five consecutive years of growth. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 1.392 billion yuan, an increase of 3.665 billion yuan compared with the same period last year. The company's latest asset-liability ratio was 85.85%, up 0.58 percentage points from the previous quarter and up 1.53 percentage points from the same period last year.
