Heidelberg Pharma AG is a biopharmaceutical company focused on oncology and antibody targeted amanitin conjugates (ATAC), operating in Germany, Europe, China, the United States, and internationally. Its lead product candidates include HDP-101, an anti-BCMA antibody in a Phase I/IIa study for relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma, and HDP-102, an antibody and the compound Amanitin, which has completed preclinical development for non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Other candidates include HDP-103 for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, HDP-104 for gastrointestinal tumors, HDP-201 for colorectal cancer, and TAK-ATAC for oncology. The company also develops TLX250-CDx, a diagnostic antibody for kidney cancer in Phase III trials and for bladder cancer, TLX250 (girentuximab) for kidney cancer in Phase II, and RHB-107, an oral serine protease inhibitor in Phase II for COVID-19.
