Anke Biotechnology's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Suohao Yiming Pharmaceutical, has obtained a Certificate of Suitability to the European Pharmacopoeia for the active pharmaceutical ingredient octreotide, issued by the European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines. The certificate takes effect on July 31, 2026, and marks the third CEP certificate for peptide APIs obtained by Suohao Yiming. It will provide market access qualification for the company's octreotide API to enter the EU market and positively impact the overseas expansion of its peptide API business. In the first quarter of 2026, Anke Biotechnology achieved revenue of 542 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 168 million yuan.

Anke Bio announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Suhao Yiming Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has received the Chemical API Marketing Authorization Approval Notice for terlipressin acetate API from the National Medical Products Administration. This API is used in the production of terlipressin preparations, which are indicated for the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding, urogenital bleeding, postoperative bleeding, and hepatorenal syndrome.

Anke Biotechnology announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Huasheng have signed an agreement with Hefei Yigong and Enruite. Enruite has authorized Anhui Huasheng to be the sole national distributor of the collaborative product Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Oral Solution, with the cooperation period lasting until December 31, 2042. This product is a unique domestic variety and the only Desloratadine Citrate Disodium oral solution formulation in China that has completed clinical trial verification for children aged six months and above. It can effectively meet the unmet clinical needs of young patients and fill a gap in the niche market.
