Vivoryon Therapeutics N.V. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the research, development, and commercialization of small molecule-based medicines. Its pipeline targets toxic pyroglutamate-Abeta (pGlu-Abeta), inhibiting its production. The lead candidate, PQ912, is a nanomolar QPCT inhibitor that has completed Phase IIb trials for Alzheimer's disease. The company is also developing the monoclonal antibody PBD-C06 for N3pE-Abeta.
