Consti Oyj provides renovation contracting and technical building services in Finland. It operates in four segments: Housing Companies, Corporations, Public Sector, and Building Technology. Its services include technical building, renovation contracting, facade and pipeline renovation, design and construction for residential and non-residential projects, and technical repair and maintenance for contract customers. The company also installs and repairs building technology systems such as heating, water, electricity, ventilation, fire safety, and automation, and carries out yard and environment construction, renovation of residential, industrial, commercial, hotel, office, school, hospital, and other public sector properties, building envelope renovation including roofs, windows, and balconies, remodeling and overhaul projects, alteration work on non-residential properties, demanding renovation projects, new construction, and related service contracts and maintenance services. It was formerly known as Consti Yhtiöt Oyj and changed its name to Consti Oyj in April 2020. Consti Oyj was incorporated in 2008 and is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.
