French energy distributor Rubis raised its full-year guidance after reporting a strong first half, sending shares up about 5% in Paris. Revenue rose 24% to €4.07 billion, EBITDA increased 18% to €434 million, and net income climbed 17% to €191 million. Management now expects 2026 EBITDA between €775 million and €825 million, up from a previous range of €740 million to €790 million. The core Energy Distribution business drove results with a 15% EBITDA increase to €435 million, while Renewable Electricity Production grew 42% to €15 million. However, adjusted cash flow from operations fell 19% to €223 million due to higher working-capital requirements, and total net financial debt rose to €1.47 billion. Rubis benefits from geographic diversification, with strength in the Caribbean, Africa, and European bitumen, though it faces softer Nigerian demand and lower-margin growth in Europe.
