Formerly known as Pegasus Entertainment Holdings Limited, it changed its name to Transmit Entertainment Limited in February 2018. Incorporated in 2009 and headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, it is a subsidiary of Nice Rich Group Limited.
