Ho Tung Chemical Corp., together with its subsidiaries, manufactures, processes, and sells chemical products in Taiwan, China, Southeast Asia, and internationally. It operates through the Chemicals, Gas Products, Investment, and Cement segments. The company offers a range of chemical products including n-alkanes, linear alkylbenzene, linear alkylbenzene sulfonic acid, alcohol ether sulfonates, hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride, fatty alcohols, fatty pure polyoxyethylene ether, coco-based diethanolamine, coco-aminopropyl betaine, dodecyl dimethyl betaine, and de-aromatic solvents. It is also involved in general investment, storage tank leasing, and oil product trading, as well as manufacturing and selling cement raw materials. The company was formerly known as Ho Tung Holding Group and changed its name to Ho Tung Chemical Corp. in July 2005. Ho Tung Chemical Corp. was incorporated in 1980 and is based in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
