Feishang Anthracite Resources Limited is an investment holding company involved in the extraction, sale, and trading of anthracite coal in the People's Republic of China. It acquires, constructs, develops, and operates anthracite coal mines, and owns and operates four coal mines in Guizhou province. The company also engages in coal washing, as well as purchasing construction equipment services and consulting. Formerly known as Wealthy Year Limited, it was incorporated in 2010 and is based in Fo Tan, Hong Kong. It is a subsidiary of Feishang Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
