COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. is an investment holding company engaged in the container shipping business across the United States, Europe, the Asia Pacific, Mainland China, and internationally. It operates through three segments: Container Shipping Business, Terminal Business, and Other Businesses. Its services include maritime container transportation, logistics and port services, digital supply chain services, freight forwarding, vessel chartering, terminal operations, and supply chain management, serving industries such as cross-border e-commerce, home appliances, photovoltaic, and automobile. As of December 31, 2025, the company operated a container fleet of 590 ships with a total capacity of approximately 3.60 million TEUs. Formerly known as China COSCO Holdings Company Limited, it changed its name to COSCO SHIPPING Holdings Co., Ltd. in November 2016, was incorporated in 2005, and is based in Tianjin, China.
