United Maritime Reports First Half 2026 Net Income of $1.0 Million and Declares $0.10 Quarterly Dividend

United Maritime Corporation reported net income of $1.0 million for the first half of 2026, a turnaround from a net loss of $3.5 million in the same period last year, and declared its fifteenth consecutive quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share. Net revenues for the six months ended June 30, 2026 were $17.9 million, down from $20.2 million a year earlier, while the fleet’s time charter equivalent rate rose 35% to $17,202 per day. The company has been repositioning its fleet into the Capesize segment, taking delivery of the scrubber-fitted Capesize M/V Squireship and agreeing to sell the Panamax M/V Exelixsea for approximately $17.5 million, with net cash proceeds expected to be about $8.5 million after debt repayment. United also completed a profitable exit from an offshore energy construction vessel investment, generating approximately $15.1 million in cash proceeds. For the second quarter alone, net income was $1.2 million on net revenues of $10.0 million, with a TCE rate of $18,654 per day, and the company guided for a third-quarter TCE of approximately $20,400 per day.
