Semiconductor Stocks Rise as NVIDIA Unveils Vera Rubin Platform

Semiconductor stocks rallied after NVIDIA introduced its next-generation Vera Rubin platform at the ISC High Performance 2026 conference, pushing the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index to a record high even as the Nasdaq slipped.
