In addition, the company provides IoT solutions; telco infrastructures and solutions; smart manufacturing and factory solutions; and AR/VR display and smart glasses solutions. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Taoyuan City, Taiwan.

Tinavi plans to buy 62% of Shanghai Orthopaedics; Moonshot AI's Kimi closes over $3.5 billion Series F round

Tinavi plans to acquire a 62% stake in Shanghai Orthopaedics through a share issuance and raise matching funds, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring. The company's shares will resume trading on July 30. Moonshot AI's Kimi has completed its Series F funding round, raising over $3.5 billion, with a post-money valuation of $35 billion.
