Formerly known as SINOGOLD Resources Holdings Group Co., Ltd., it changed its name to Persistence Resources Group Ltd in May 2022. Founded in 2005, the company is headquartered in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, and operates as a subsidiary of Majestic Gold Corp.
