Digital Government Subsidiary Plans to Invest 20 Million Yuan in Joint Venture to Build Computing Power Center
Digital Government's wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhengtong Intelligent Computing, plans to invest 20 million yuan to jointly establish a joint venture with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, together with Zhongshu Botong and Tianshu Intelligent Computing. It will hold a 40% stake. The joint venture will be used to invest in and build a computing power center project in Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. This investment constitutes a related-party transaction because another wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Digital Government Data Technology, holds a 10% stake in Zhongshu Botong, and director Wang Dong serves as a director of Zhongshu Botong. The joint venture will serve as the investment, construction, and operation entity for the Chicheng computing power center project, helping the company advance its computing-related business layout and explore synergies between computing infrastructure and application scenarios such as urban governance.
