China Electric Environmental Protection Company Limited has signed a contract with Sedin Engineering Company Limited for the complete equipment package of the demineralized water station for Xinjiang Xinye Zhundong's 2 billion cubic meters per year coal-to-natural gas project. The total contract value is 60.5 million yuan including tax, accounting for about 8.45 percent of the company's audited operating revenue for 2025. The company is responsible for process optimization design, equipment and material procurement, installation, and commissioning of the demineralized water station. All deliveries are scheduled to be completed by July 15, 2027, and performance assessment is planned to be completed by December 30, 2027. Payment will be made in installments according to milestones, with a 10 percent advance payment, payment reaching 95 percent after performance assessment passes, 97 percent after completion settlement review, and the remaining 3 percent as a quality guarantee deposit. The company said the project will further improve its industrial water treatment business layout in the coal chemical segment, while also noting that the project is located in the Zhundong area of Xinjiang, with a long implementation period and complex climate, and that there are risks such as schedule delays and project payment collection.

CEC Environmental Protection released its 2026 interim report, with net profit attributable to the parent company at 64.1211 million yuan, up 18.88% from the same period last year, achieving two consecutive years of growth. The company's total operating revenue was 402 million yuan, up 27.51% year-on-year. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 4.5429 million yuan, down 97.14% year-on-year.

CEC Environmental Protection Company Limited's holding subsidiary, Nanjing CEC Environmental Protection Technology Company Limited, has signed an equipment procurement contract for a lithium battery new materials integrated project with Qujing Zhanyi Defang Nano Technology Company Limited. The total contract value is 53.5 million yuan, including tax, accounting for approximately 7.47 percent of the company's audited 2025 annual revenue. The contract covers delivery, installation and commissioning, and technical support for TO furnace plus SCR equipment. Settlement is divided into a 20 percent advance payment, 40 percent upon delivery, 30 percent upon acceptance, and a 10 percent warranty deposit, with a warranty period of 12 months. Main equipment delivery is no later than October 15. Zhanyi Defang is a wholly owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Defang Nano Technology Company Limited. The company stated that the project will expand its flue gas treatment business into the lithium battery new materials market, while also noting risks such as uncertainty in performance contribution, contract fulfillment, and new business expansion.
