Guangzhi Technology completes delivery of controlling stake acquisition in Xianrui Technology with 301 million yuan capital increase
Guangzhi Technology announced that the company acquired a controlling stake in Guangdong Xianrui Technology through a capital increase, with a total capital increase of 301 million yuan, obtaining 50.0832 percent equity in the target company. Recently, Xianrui Technology completed the equity delivery and industrial and commercial registration changes. After the completion of this capital increase, Xianrui Technology will become a controlling subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Xianrui Technology is engaged in the III-V compound materials business, covering the purification and recycling of high-purity raw materials and the research, development, production and sales of compound materials. Its main products include 2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch and 6-inch indium phosphide substrates.
