Huace Navigation disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 1.929 billion yuan, up 5.20% year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 333 million yuan, up 2.05% year on year, with overall growth slowing to single digits. Among these, the agricultural machinery navigation and robotics segment achieved operating revenue of 638 million yuan, up 28.52% year on year, and the spatiotemporal perception and positioning services segment achieved operating revenue of 231 million yuan, up 27% year on year, becoming new drivers of performance. In the second quarter, the company achieved operating revenue of 1.12 billion yuan, up 7.4% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent of 208 million yuan, up 13.1% year on year, outperforming the overall first-half level. In the first half, net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 272 million yuan, down 9.1% year on year, and net cash flow from operating activities was 51.91 million yuan, down 61.2% year on year. As of the end of the second quarter, the company's total assets were 6.026 billion yuan, down 0.6% from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to the parent were 4.367 billion yuan, up 4.0% from the end of the previous year.

Huace Navigation director and general manager Piao Dongguo has increased his stake in the company by a total of 1.15 million shares through competitive bidding, with a total investment of 32.17 million yuan. The share increase plan has been fully implemented. In the first quarter of 2026, the company achieved revenue of 807 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 125 million yuan.
