Ruixin Technology Terminates Purchase of 51% Stake in Wuhu Deheng

Ruixin Technology announced on August 13 that it has terminated the related-party transaction involving the issuance of shares and cash payment to acquire a 51% stake in Wuhu Deheng Automotive Equipment Co., Ltd., along with the associated fundraising. The company had previously planned to purchase the 51% stake from 10 counterparties including Tong Xiaoping and Zhang Yapeng, and to issue shares to no more than 35 qualified investors, including Huangshan Kaitou Lingdun Venture Capital Co., Ltd., to raise supporting funds. G-bits net profit up 69% in first half, plans 100 yuan per 10 shares; Ruixin Technology terminates restructuring

G-bits reported first-half 2026 operating revenue of 3.727 billion yuan, up 48.01% year on year, with net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company at 1.092 billion yuan, up 69.31% year on year. The company also plans to distribute a cash dividend of 100 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with total dividends expected to reach 718 million yuan. Ruixin Technology announced the termination of a major asset restructuring originally intended to acquire a 51% stake in Wuhu Deheng Automotive Equipment Co., Ltd., citing adverse changes in the target company's future profitability due to the market environment. Zhongji Innolight plans to acquire a 10.47% stake in Zhongshi Technology for 1.747 billion yuan, at a transaction price of 55.7 yuan per share. The company said Zhongshi Technology's high-performance thermal conductive materials and EMI shielding materials business will create synergies with its own high-end optical module business.
