Huiyun Titanium Industry plans to spend 20 million to 30 million yuan on share buyback for convertible bond conversion

Huiyun Titanium Industry announced that the company plans to use its own or self-raised funds to repurchase part of its A-shares through centralized bidding. The total repurchase amount will be no less than 20 million yuan and no more than 30 million yuan, with a repurchase price not exceeding 9.50 yuan per share. Based on the upper limit of the total repurchase amount and the upper limit of the repurchase price, it is estimated that the number of shares repurchased will be approximately 3.16 million shares, accounting for about 0.79 percent of the company's current total share capital. Based on the lower limit of the total repurchase amount and the upper limit of the repurchase price, it is estimated that the number of shares repurchased will be approximately 2.11 million shares, accounting for about 0.53 percent of the company's current total share capital. The implementation period for this repurchase is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the plan. The repurchased shares will be used for the conversion of convertible corporate bonds issued by the listed company. If they are not used for this purpose within 36 months after the completion of the repurchase, the unused portion will be cancelled. The company stated that this repurchase is based on recognition of its intrinsic value and firm confidence in its future development prospects, aiming to safeguard investor interests and guide long-term rational value investment.
