After adding back share-based payment expenses, net profit was 1.938 billion yuan, up 108.58% year on year, and net profit attributable to the parent company was 1.21 billion yuan, up 156.58%. Within this, the core bulk snack business had 23,802 stores and revenue of 34.521 billion yuan, up 54.49% year on year. After adding back share-based payment expenses, net profit was 1.931 billion yuan, with a net margin of 5.59%. As of the end of June, Wanchen Group's store count was close to 24,000, covering 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities nationwide. Haoxianglai had nearly 250 million registered members, and transacting members exceeded 150 million in the first half. The company said that amid structural adjustment in the retail industry, the bulk snack sector has shown growth resilience thanks to high value for money and a pleasant shopping experience. At the same time, through 58 ambient-temperature warehouses and 10 cold-chain warehouses, it has achieved next-day delivery for orders from the vast majority of stores, with an order fulfilment rate above 99%, and has innovatively adopted a consolidated shipping model to empower small and medium-sized upstream suppliers.
