Zhaomin Technology announced that it plans to increase the capital of its Thai subsidiary through a wholly owned subsidiary, raising the registered capital from 97.25 million baht to 540 million baht. The entire capital increase will be credited to registered capital, and the Thai filing registration has been completed. The company stated that the move aims to enhance overseas manufacturing capabilities, advance its global strategic layout, and match the overseas localized supply chain needs of downstream customers such as new energy vehicle makers. After the capital increase, the Thai company will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Zhaomin Technology, and there will be no change in the scope of consolidated financial statements.
