Cofoe Medical and Philips join forces to accelerate pharmacy health services rollout

Cofoe Medical and Philips launched a strategic cooperation project at the 19th Xipu Conference, titled "Philips home health measurement devices empower the upgrade of China's health stations," to accelerate the rollout of pharmacy health services. Since reaching a strategic partnership in December 2025, the two sides have integrated Philips' cutting-edge health smart technologies with Cofoe Medical's localized R&D, manufacturing, and channel operation capabilities to drive AI technology into home health scenarios. The Philips smart health solution released this time uses home health measurement devices as the entry point, a dedicated home health management app as the digital foundation, and an AI health assistant as the core enabler, helping residents build electronic health records covering key indicators such as blood pressure, blood glucose, blood oxygen, body temperature, and body composition. It also provides pharmacies with practical tools for health testing, chronic disease management, health consultation, and refined member operations. Cofoe Medical Vice President Yu Xiangyu said that health stations aim to help pharmacies transform from one-time transaction venues into sustainably operated community health service nodes.

Cofoe Medical Completes First Buyback of 496,200 Shares for RMB 26.1054 Million

Cofoe Medical announced that on July 22, the company completed its first buyback of 496,200 A-shares through a dedicated repurchase securities account via centralized bidding, representing 0.24% of total share capital. The highest transaction price was RMB 53.87 per share, the lowest was RMB 50.60 per share, and the total transaction amount was RMB 26.1054 million. The company previously held a board meeting on June 26, 2026, and an extraordinary general meeting on July 20, approving a share buyback plan. It intends to use its own funds and a special stock buyback loan to repurchase some A-shares via centralized bidding, with a buyback amount of no less than RMB 100 million and no more than RMB 200 million, and a maximum buyback price of RMB 69.66 per share. Based on this calculation, the number of shares to be repurchased ranges from 1.4355 million to 2.8711 million, accounting for 0.61% to 1.22% of total share capital. The buyback period is within 12 months from the date of approval by the general meeting, and all repurchased shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital.
